What are these lights spinning in tandem and seem to be dropping objects?

Description

Taken 12-14-25 in Sanibel, Florida. These lights were spinning and looked like accelerating in tandem. Also i can see what looked like objects dropping from the lights. Does anyone know what this is and going on here?
