Description
This is a cropped segment of a drone video I just took looking west over the Caribbean Sea from the SE Dominican Republic coast.
When reviewing the footage I saw hundreds of these little white lights appearing and disappearing. Some last upwards of 12 seconds, others only a split second or so.
This is just one example. A good one because there are three here near each other. Answers?
