Location: Newberg Oregon

I was headed home from a Christmas party at my grandfather’s house when I took this. First spotted on top of the mountain and this thing was making such strange maneuvers. I managed to get it on video at some apartment complex in Newberg. I know I’m annoying by saying WTF is that over and over, so I suggest you watch without the volume up. I have another similar video I shot last month as well, not nearly as clear as this though.
