Description of sighting: Saw upon review of video taken - was flying /hovering at 350 feet or so looking down at the neighborhood something enters the frame and is emitting light flying around 100 feet altitude from east to west. Size estimated at 30 inches long. When it passes over a lighted area/patio it appears to have a tic tac shape. Speed seems too fast for a bird. It does not follow the speed of the camera gimbal. And the light emitting from the object does not make sense - it was dark and there is no source for a light that would be reflected off the object. The whispy trail it leaves behind it and to the right is odd but could be from light camera artifacts. Other lights in the video have some similar artifacts. What is unique to this sighting is this is a top down view rather than looking up at the sky.
