Location: Rio Piedras, PR
Direction: around north
It looks like a metal tick-tock shape (see reconstruction photos and 3D files) but with spherical ends a little larger than the central cylinder. In fact, most of the time we see two shiny points at the ends of the object. This can only happen if the spherical ends are larger than the central ball.
Not a plane or a weather balloon.
I have never seen a mylar balloon with this shape.
However, we need to check this point.
It is probably a UFO.
