Location: Sardinia, Cala Gonone

I was in Sardinia on holiday, in a town called Cala Gonone surrounded by mountains, where me and my girl were stargazing for a brief moment. I then pulled out my phone to show her long exposure photos on an iPhone, and how many stars it captures. We ‘wowed’ and continued staring at the sky.
Last night we were flying back home and we were going through all the pictures and videos we took during our trip and noticed this unusual thing in the photo. It seems to have different colors, the double stripe seems to be going around in a circle and it seems to have a dome type outline in the middle. Can anyone explain this? Debunk this? Confirm this?
