My wife and I were driving home and we saw some kids on the side of the road frantically pointing at the sky, jumping up and down with excitement. I opened the moonroof on the car and directly above us was a triangle shaped craft with 5 extremely bright white lights (one at the nose, one each on the mid sides, and one each at the back tips of the triangle). This did not look like any plane that I had ever seen. It was not the sun shining off of the plane, you could see those five distinct bright white lights, and with the naked eye you could see a triangle shaped craft behind those with no distinct separate wings. I pulled over into a parking lot very quickly and shot this footage through the moonroof with my phone. It was moving pretty fast but not beyond what a plane could do and the movement is mostly from my hand moving the phone. We lost sight of it quickly beyond some trees.
My wife initially thought it was a plane and since this happened we keep looking at planes flying overhead and none of them looked anything like this triangle that we recorded.
