Myself, my wife and 2 children witnessed a very strange event in the sky

Description:

1) a very bright segment of a line appears in the sky. This was not the ray of a laser or anything like that, it had a beginning and an end. The light line was bright and then faded away gently.

2) After the line faded a Starlink constellation of satellites appears marching south. It goes on for minutes

3) When the last satellite appears, another light that was STATIONARY began moving And joined the formation with mathematical perfection, matching speed and distance from each other gracefully.

As the event unfolded I figure it might be starlink, but wasn’t sure. The thing that blew my mind is watching a stationary light joining the train, that’s absolutely impossible so there it is, it’s what we saw.
