Description

Back in November, just prior to the UAP hearing that included Lue Elizondo, Tim Gaulladet, Michael Shellenberger, and Mike Gold, UAP historian Richard Dolan did an interview with fellow researcher and historian Allan Lavigne about supposed surprise whistleblowers that might show up for the hearing.

This didn't happen, but the big moment of the hearing was perhaps Michael Shellenberger introducing Immaculate Constellation into Congressional record without naming the author. The program had been outed just prior by Jeremy Corbell in an episode of Weaponized with George Knapp, and by the time the hearing came about, Nancy Mace was proud to proclaim that just uttering the words 'Immaculate Constellation' would trigger an NSA FISA request, to which she proclaimed, "Come at me, bro."

After the hearing, there was immediate consternation as a page was left off of the Immaculate Constellation submitted document that was included by Corbell and intentionally left off by Mace. Jesse Michels included that document here:

We found out a couple of months that whistleblower Matthew Brown, who was brought forward on Weaponized to give his testimony about the program, was supposed to be one of the surprise witnessed.

Tonight, Pavel at Psicoactivo podcast interviewed Richard Dolan and Allan Lavigne and asked them about the hearing around the one-hour mark.

Lavigne makes a point to reference a 1950 FBI document, the most popular on its site, about Roswell can be found here:

In 1950, Guy Hottel wrote a memo to Hoover about UFOs:

Unfortunately many of the FBI files on UFOs were destroyed:
