In July 2023, former U.S. intelligence official David Grusch testified before the House Oversight Committee that he—and others—were subjected to threats, retaliation, and what he described as “administrative terrorism” for trying to disclose what they knew about deeply classified UAP programs, including crash retrievals and reverse engineering efforts.

Since then, Congress has done nothing.

At least forty other whistleblowers with direct knowledge of UAP programs are waiting to come forward. But without stronger legal protections, they remain silent—fearing the same reprisals that Grusch and others endured.

Enough is enough.

The New Paradigm Institute has drafted the Enhanced UAP Whistleblower Protection Act of 2025 to shield these brave individuals and ensure they can testify without fear. But it won’t pass unless you demand it.
