Description

Lacatsky wrote a UAP book called Skinwalkers at the Pentagon published in 2021.

A chapter in his book talks about the soviet Thread III document. It's a 149 page doc about the Soviet UAP program obtained by Knapp after the fall of the soviet Union, and it contains the name of the Military Unit involved. Its the Unit 73790.
The Book confirms that BAASS and AAWSAP hired 3 translators to translate the document from russian.

What is interesting is that the new BAASS leaker had a slide detailing the Thread III organigram and the unit name is correct. His diagram have additional unit names, but what is exciting is that this unit 73790 didnt only study UAPs, it went into "Contact", in the diagram it reads : "Peculiarities of interactions of AAPs, non traditional propulsive agents, form radiation and functional physical fields with biological objects. REQUIRED SAFETY MEASURES IN CASE OF CONTACTING THEM"

And guess what, Matthew Brown saw a picture of russian boats meeting the triangle, pic provided by US spy assets.

The Lacatsky book is a gold mine of data, and the Stratton Upcoming book will be even better.
