3 UFOs blinking in unison with a blue orb

Half Moon Bay, Ca Jan 31 at 11:32 pm, my son recorded the footage using his iphone on his way home. The blue ones though. 🔵
A second video viewable ill post separately."

I did not take this video. Lifted from the NJ drone FB group. Just found it incredibly interesting and wondering if anyone has a prosaic explanation.
