Ufo spotted on a cruise in the Bahamas on 2/4

Wife and I were on a cruise when this orb appeared. It was strobing brightly, like a disco ball. It wasn't twinkling like a star. It was brighter and almost seemed like a laser flashing as it would almost beam into your eyes. Very strange... anyone have any ideas?
