Description
Family of family caught this outside of Carver-Hawkeye Arena at the University of Iowa in Iowa City.
What is it?!?! I initially thought it was some type of spotlight but the more I watch it the less I see it. Anyone know what this may be?
Time: January 7th at around 10 pm
Location: Iowa City, Iowa
