Last night January 8th, 2025

Washington Missouri. 38.545904,-90.982982

I was driving westbound, and crafts were flying above northbound

They had a steady green light, and a flashing red (maybe) light

Rolled down the window to try and hear them, couldn't hear anything.

Terrible quality I know, but as I was driving I was still focused on the road so the video wasn't great

Very well could just be military aircraft, but unidentified to me.
