Description
I spotted this on dec 23rd at 5:30pm. I got about 30 secs of footage. Itvwas perfectly still. The movement is from me. About 10 seconds after I stopped recording, it stopped blinking and then dropped straight down towards the ground at what seemed like free fall speeds. Could be nothing... could be something.
