My gf and I were walking our dog in NE Portland, OR near an element school when we noticed orange orbs slowly flying nearby. She filmed them with an iPhone 12 and filmed them with a Luna Optics M44 NV monocular. They eventually disappeared to the naked eye but I could still see them through the monocular. Here's footage from the NV camera.
