I’ve seen way too many in the last week post obvious planets or stars and zoomed in to find “orbs” when they are clearly celestial bodies in the sky at that exact time, location and position in the sky.

So, to rule out anomalies

1: check for flights
2: use sky view or the like
3. Use the “5 observables”

Then post.

I feel we need to become much more conservative on this and other subs. This will help further the cause.

I’m so sick and tired of literal helicopters or Venus / Jupiter or last weekend: the moon.

As soon as someone clearly points this out, we are hopped upon by people calling us spooks or naysayers.

When the OP clearly posts a clear Jupiter.
