North: A KC-135R/T Stratotanker from Alabama doing loops in the NJ area. Helos have been there in that duration. C17/C130 maybe joining.

South: Seven T38 jets all out to sea

It can easily be training. Just found it curious. I'd love to know what folks who look at this more frequently say regarding determining outliars. IE is it strange to have this asset over this area? What patterns does this asset normally fly? Just not sure how reliable the history is on some of these websites.

Update-1:
I'm told these T38s are training jets, (no radar?!) - so seems quite benign. Neat!
