🎖️ Request credit for this sighting

Due to the request of many individuals from this group, I’m posting a statement that I previously made as a comment, relating to the News Nation report.

Did you take this photo or video? Show the admin, and the sighting gets a ✓ Verified witness badge. It also moves to your profile and earns you the points.

Do at least one of these: upload the original file, paste a link to it, or answer the questions. Doing more makes it quicker to approve. Only the admin sees what you send, and an uploaded file is deleted as soon as the admin decides.

1. The original file

Upload the original photo or video (straight from your phone or camera if you can — the original keeps the date and camera details. Up to 30 MB.) …or paste a link to it (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud — set it to “anyone with the link can view”)

2. A few questions

What did you record it with? (e.g. “iPhone 14 Pro, 3× zoom”) Exactly when did you record it? (Date and time, as close as you can) Where exactly were you standing? (e.g. “my back yard on Elm St, facing north-west”) What happened just before and after the part you recorded? (Something only the person filming would know) Did anyone else see it? (Optional — who, and are they willing to talk about it?) I recorded this photo or video myself, and what I wrote is true.
