It has come to my attention that the social media platform known as "Twitter," governed by the legal entity outlined in its User Agreement (https://cdn.cms-twdigitalassets.com/content/dam/legal-twitter/asset-d…), has taken action to suspend or shut down the accounts of independent journalist, Matt Laslo. This decision raises serious concerns about the platform's commitment to protecting journalistic freedom and upholding the principles of free expression guaranteed under applicable laws.

Given the critical role that independent journalism plays in a functioning democracy and UAP disclosure, these actions must be immediately scrutinized. I am urging attorneys and legal advocates committed to press freedom to provide assistance to Matt Laslo and work with Congress to immediately address this issue.
