Dublin and Shannon airports involved.

At approximately 00:30 local time last night, multiple aircraft reported a UFO sighting over Ireland to ATC.

An aircraft (The one in the First ATC clip below) reported it to ATC on the Guard/Emergency frequency (121.500), they described a bright “object” and claimed “It was there then it went”, he also told ATC “Yeah it was really [inaudible] it was almost like it was staying still then it went really quickly”.

Another aircraft chipped in describing what he saw, but unfortunately I didn’t get a clip of that. But I did get a clip of both pilots having a funny exchange.

While reporting what he saw, A pilot said something like “Ive never seen something amazing like that before”, prompting a cheeky response from another pilot; “You obviously haven’t seen my landings”, to where the other pilot replies “Well how do I say this, you haven’t seen mine either”

Following that exchange, all aircraft continued to their destination as usual.
