My girlfriend and I were outside on our balcony looking at a rainbow when I noticed an object pass directly through the left side of the rainbow. At first I said it was a plane and even said, “Those people on that plane are getting a view.” As it got closer over the next few minutes I noticed it was two distinct objects- one larger reflective object and a black object (possible a cube) rotating slowly and consistently around it. The video quality isn’t great, but this one is the best that we got. It followed a somewhat irregular path until it was out of view.

Let me know what you guys think, is it a balloon or some ETs checking out a rainbow?
