Saw this over clackamas oregon. Don't mind me low-key freaking out. Second time seeing lights like this. They were super fast and flashing all sorts of colors you can see when I get a closeup. Using an s22... fairly new phone with a pretty darn good camera. On my first zoom my camera went blank do I zoomed out and in again to try and get a good representation of the lights. Me and the lady were having a smoke looking at the full moon and boom were both looking at these. Wasn't until about 15 seconds after we first saw tillni started recording.
