Description

On October 9th, 2022 at around 7:15PM, me and 2 of my friends were driving home and we saw these 3 orange colored lights in the sky, which had immediately caught our eyes. Initially, they formed an angle of about 210°, and slowly formed into a straight line. Once they formed into the line, the middle one vanishes completely and the remaining 2 stayed in sight and appeared to remain completely stationary. Shortly after that, we lost them behind some buildings as we turned the corner. People tried to tell me this is Starlink, however I searched all over Google comparing images of Starlink launches and I really didn't see any similarities. Starlink launches seem to have many more "lights" than that of which can be seen here, these only appeared to be 3. I'm posting this here not necessarily to validate my hopes that this WAS a genuine sighting, I just want answers. All interpretations are welcome!
