If what Mike Herrera is telling is true, we are talking about much much more than just a backengineering program with a handful of people in the know, there would be a whole mafia state protecting those unacknowledged black Special Access Programs. As Herrera first spoke at a Steven Greer event I was very skeptical at first, yet the details he describes without hesitating one bit, convinced me to take a closer look. If he’s right we are talking about a rogue faction of the intelligence apparatus that not only has been successful in backengineering at least a part of the technology discovered in crashed NHI-craft, but they are using them to transport „weapons“ and god knows what other stuff. Did Herrera receive life-changing sums of money by Greer to tell this story? What do you think? I think it’s not too far fetched to think that there is a real SAP-mafia working in the dark without any Congressional oversight and without any financial accountability. That by far exceeds the scientific analysis of crashed UAPs or of parts of them. Maybe that is why the DoD has established an impermeable firewall that is supposed to protect hundreds or maybe thousands of persons involved in these activities. These heads would probably roll if the whole enchilada was disclosed.

As Ross Coulthart has said, there seem to be two schools of thought regarding the backengineering success. Dr. Eric Davis said that there has been little progress in understanding this complex technology (which means they have only rudimentarily backengineered crafts at best), whereas some others (including Steven Greer obviously) tell stories about fully functional backengineered craft operated by human beings (maybe already in the 70s).

Maybe we are talking about the biggest scandal EVER. That would explain the strong backlash and extreme stonewalling by the DoD. The stonewalling of the Schumer amendment is proof enough for me that they have something incredible to hide. At least one person is in the know and has oversight of these black programs.
