idk why the text did not show on the post but this it:

I saw this at 08:02 am on the 7th Sep. on my way to work. I was in slow moving traffic and also a bit late. Where i was driving i couldnt really park my car to step outside to keep filming it and i also thought it propbly is just some aluminuim typ baloon thats floating in the wind but as i keep looking at it im not so sure. I figured i might aswell show it to you guys..
Sorry for the bad zoom and whatnot, i took this while i was driving.
