At 0:39 seconds, Corbell claims that he "someone with no clearance" has given briefs in SCIFs before, to question why Grusch could not be given the same opportunity.
Can anyone explain to me how "someone with clearance" can be in SCIF to listen to, or share in, the discussion of classified information. It seems contrarian to me.
