Description

I recorded this in 2019 in Portland, OR. Unfortunately when I stopped to get a better look it disappeared and lost track of it. It might be a Chinese lantern. Maybe not. But fun to share still. It looked like a small ball of fire, where you could see almost flame shadows and movement. It certainly wasn’t a drone. I really wish I had kept filming for something more exciting to see.
