Im getting some interresting information on this from a source in PM. Seems to have pretty decent knownledge about this site. He or she has provided a map from 1950 over the area and it is very interresting. In 1950 the area was unpopulated except a military emplacement. This map in itself could be something to dig teeth in. They buried something in a giant stone coffin there in 1950 and put a radio station on top of it. No other VORs in the area have such an extensive stone structure under it.

This story has become a mess on Twitter. A tweeter named DrDisclosure89 hijacked my first update post 2 hours after posted here and claiming it is his find. My twitter is NOT DrDisclosure89! He even used the Google Maps screenshot from my computer.
