Firstly, apologies about the watermarks and cringe eerie background music, obviously this video has been ripped quite a few times. Does absolutely nothing for credibility. But to me, the footage is the only thing that's important.

Has anyone seen this video before? I just found it and decided to throw it up here to see what you guys think. Obviously this is easily fakeable, but maybe someone here with a sharper eye than me can shed some more light? No idea on the origins of the video or how old it is.
