“Just seen this bright light appear. It seems to stop for a few seconds before carrying on its path at different points of the video. There was no noise, no flashing air traffic control lights, and no aircraft in the area at that time. I’m situated in South Wales, so if anyone else has seen this tonight then feel free to comment!
