Much attention and misdirection have been applied to the events that happened on the evening of March 13, 1997 in Phoenix Arizona, however, there was so much more going on than what people realized. I did not ask to be a part of this - but I was a witness and my story has been told before -

On coast to coast and other media - but I don't think that the UFO community really understands its importance, because its part of a much larger picture that appears, once you zoom out - once you start connecting people, places, times, events, and see that, for instance, 8:30pm Phoenix time is 11:30 PM eastern time - then you can begin to slowly reconstruct what happened in the spring of 1997 - culminating in the infamous "Phoenix Lights," -

But I promise you the American public has only a sliver of a glimpse of what really happened...

At the time of my close encounter and observation, I was 26 years old and I was what one would call "a Qualified Observer," my eyesight at the time was measured as 20/10 - which is better than 20/20, and only a few years prior my close encounter, I was a Senior Member of the US Air Force Auxiliary Search and Rescue Civil Air Patrol unit based at that time in Massachusetts, under the command of Anita Raymond.

From the age of about 18 to 20 I was trying to become a pilot and was accepted to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, the best Civilian Flight school in the country - which was a springboard for the astronaut program - at least I hoped.

My family was not able to pay for the tuition, so that is kind of how I ended up in Virginia, working my way through college at the local college ODU in Norfolk, VA.

I only share this part of my story so you understand I was a plane nut - an "airport rat," as they called us - young kids that just wanted to fly so bad - they would hang around airports because they knew someone would offer them a flight - and they could learn more - etc.

My uncle was a private pilot, and he was also in the Civil Air Patrol with me, and so I was not a fighter pilot, but I knew how to fly a small Cessna, etc, it's not rocket science. My official position in SAR was to be the "spotter" and part of that training for me at least was memorizing the entire Janes Encyclopedia of Military and Civilian Aircraft for 1986 - the latest version I could get at the time. I had already memorized it before I joined Civil Air Patrol - so it was easy for them to put me in that position -

I passed every written test and got a 100% on my ASVB - twice. They made me come in to do the test over, to make sure I didn't cheat. I kind of laughed and thought it was a joke, but then again - I was in gifted and talented and Boston Latin - dropout - so maybe I was smarter than I thought? They wanted me to do sub-duty - I wanted to fly, so I said no to the Navy for now.

So US Air Force Auxiliary was a good place to start learning to fly for free - for many pilots - this is a good start - if you cannot afford to pay for flight time or training - this is just a no brainer for kids that are not well-heeled -

It was my job during training or a real SAR mission to help "spot," and locate any debris or downed craft, and I was chosen for this because of my vision, and my knowledge of the craft appearance etc, especially military craft, which was much more limited than civilian craft which are 2 volumes of books, vs military which is much thinner and easier to memorize.

In addition, I was also an Air Force ROTC cadet in High School, and I recall playing with models of F-117 and B-2 - years before they were OFFICIALLY acknowledged, my point is that I was familiar with all KNOWN military craft of that period, including, such projects as Brilliant Pebbles, Aurora, Tacit Blue, and so on.

I was an aviation buff if it was in print - I read it. External combustion - Ramjet, Scramjet, Ionic Wind with Brown Biefield, effects - Quantum oscillations, microwave transmitters, if there was a scientific paper about new propulsion I tried to read and understand them. I really wanted to be an astronaut and design spacecraft or aircraft.

I was familiar with many advanced manufacturing techniques, while in college I studied many NASA SBIR projects and tech, and submitted my first SBIR proposal for a Pulse Oximeter for Navy Seals based on Aerogels, fast forward I have two patents filed for military and other applications of. nanotechnology - which is beyond the scope of this post, but my point is to let you know that I kind of know what I am talking about. I am sure that if I make any claims one way or another - there will be a million pro and con questions to follow -

Many of those questions can and will be answered when I publish my books, the first one will be available soon - in the meantime since I have focused so much time and energy on the events that SURROUNDED my close encounter - I would like to focus on my OWN encounter, with the hope that SOMEONE who saw this in NORFOLK - Hampton, Virginia on the evening of March 12, 1997 - will come forward and share their report.

I have already found at least 3 other reports, one military - unconfirmed and 2 personal reports to me personally by people who feared to lose their jobs, - a valid concerns - as I was fired from my job for reporting my UFO -

I was fired on the morning of Friday of March 14, 1997 - two days after I reported UFO On my company CB radio (yeah they used CB radio on Motorola back then in 1997 business network) Cell phones were not a thing yet really - we got pagers with text on it - that was it. So for those of you young people reading this - please do not ask me - "why didn't you get a photo of it," lol. Digital cameras did not exist yet.

My work has been featured on many media news, tv, cable, documentary films, etc, I am here to help you figure this out and in return, I am hoping the Reddit community can help me solve this and many more mysteries, - Thank you for your time - I will commence with the evidence -
