Description

My brother and I saw these flying over Toronto, Bathurst and Lawrence area, moving South at around 7pm on September 27. They were noiseless, each had a visible speck above, which appeared to be suspending a much larger section below, which appeared to be swinging from the object above it. We counted seven in total. They seemed to be moving quite organically, looked like they were riding the wind more so than being propelled by anything. They flew south until we lost them behind the buildings. I'm sure there's an earthly explanation and I'm curious if anyone out there can provide some hypotheses!

Update to answer questions:

The pictures were taken between 7:07-7:10pm EDT

All of the objects moved similarly to those in the video. I only remember the first object swinging as I saw it. Then it stopped swinging.
