I walk my dog every night.
I smoke smoke some weed and use the NHI dogwhislte like most people use Tinder.
When you see a light, neon and bright that seemingly follows you, you wonder.
I'm making no claims accept that it seemed to try to communicate with me with a rather sophisticated sense of humor. Hard to explain.
Maybe I was just seeing things.
