Location: Vienna, Austria
I posted it in Austria group and also another person mentioned that they have seen it circa 50 away from my location.
From video it seems like it’s over church but it’s not. It was high in the sky like when you see airplanes. It is not a deflated balloon, the rotation is very strange. At some point the object disappeared
