Retired Maj. Gen. William Neil McCasland — the high-level Air Force commander now MISSING since February 2026 — delivers a rare public presentation in 2013 as head of the Air Force Research Laboratory.
In this eye-opening talk at the AIAA Aerospace Sciences Meeting, McCasland discusses next-generation aerospace systems, massive propulsion investments, hypersonics, and the future of Air Force technology development.
With his sudden disappearance sparking UFO and classified program speculation, this may be one of the last times the public heard directly from him. What secrets was he really guarding?
Watch the full unedited speech and decide for yourself.
