Time 22:01 ITC/GMT +2 - 100km north of Milan, Italy.
My only hypothesis is meteorite debris as the object showed to have a tail of light following close behind it, and the way it blurs away looks like matter dissolving in contact with the atmosphere. It was very clearly visible.
