I had set up a script to check every 1 hour for changes in the webpage https://aliens.gov (https://aliens.gov)
Just now there was some change. As we can see in the image, it's now loading an invalid certificate and the webserver is delivering an actual page, albeit an error one.
This could be indication that the website is currently being worked on and is going to go online soon™.
