Description

I was out exposing milky way pictures when I saw what I thought was a boat dropping small dimmer lights behind it. When I stood up I saw it was maybe 100ft above the water so I naturally figured it was a plane. Finally we saw a flash of several green lights as bright as flares in a \^ shape in the sky then they were gone. (https://i.redd.it/gid06oadkf631.jpg)

Anyone know anything about this or have any ideas?
