Early morning capture on live stream static cameras across the US covering current weather conditions.
Hops horizontally across centre
screen.
No visible forms of propulsion, changes colour and shape half way across.
The dark cloud on the top left seems to be what it's aiming for which is an odd cloud in itself and there is a white tube shape just in front of it.
