Time: 25th @ 13:00ish

Location: Hami, China

Was flying from Shanghai to London - this is somewhere on the border between china and Mongolia, in the Hami region. Any idea what this is?? Looked completely bizarre in that it wasn’t moving and was so bright yet far away.
