Description

So about a month ago, I spotted some weird lights over the water in San Diego. It's a spot I go to regularly, several times a week to watch sunset. I've tried to figure out what these are and my only logical explanation (outside a UFO) is some type of military testing.

The lights were about 150/200 yards of the coast, there were about 9 or so of them, equally spaced. There was one in the middle that seemed diff color (white) then the others (blue). They blinked, but sometimes the blinks appeared to be a pattern and sometimes random like a code.

The part that made me think maybe UFO is that they did not seem to Bob up and down with the water. I watched them for 30 minutes to analyze them, look for patterns and decent if they were floating on the surface or hovering.

Let me know what this looks like to you. I have I think 4 videos I can upload to show different patterns.

Time: October 10th at 7:10pm PST.

Location: San Diego, CA
