Description

Time: 10:42 pm August 10th 2024 Location: Montvale VA. You are unable to see this fact because it’s so dark, but the light started down in the valley where there is a sort of swamp. This is not facing the sky- I am on a hill looking down into a valley. It slowly rose up and I started recording. The light appeared down where I sort of assumed it would show up that time, if that makes sense. This is the second closest encounter I had with this.
