Don't have an explanation for this one! Long time lurker.

Driving on SR-16 in St. Augustine going East to West to Publix for some grocery shopping.

Before we took off, we put up Halloween decorations and were stunned by the sunset. It looked like a mountain landscape, but in the sky! My wife decided to take pics behind the windshield, and she noticed we were getting water drops in the image from earlier rain. So, I opened the sunroof and she held the phone out the car for the last two images. I did not see this with the naked eye since I was driving, and we were distracted looking at the sunset itself!

We reviewed them a few days later (maybe Monday?) and she noticed it. Her phone has a clear lens, and it's completely flat there, no mountains. Any ideas? Thought it might be light artifact from the oncoming cars, but is isn't there in the first image.
