Time: September 26th and 6:00AM
Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada

Appears to be some sort of ball or orb. It's hard to tell if it's spinning and/or flickering, and it seems to be emitting differently coloured light.

My parents are the ones who took the video and sent it to me, they do not remember it's height or distance. From my own observation of the vidoe, it does appear to be closer to the horizon, but unsure about distance.

There is nothing of note in that area during the day, just empty sky.

My mom held her phone stationary against the window sill, so that the phone didn't move or wobble, and makes a comment that you can hear in the audio regarding this. I don't think you can hear it very well, but she has clarified to me that the object appeared to be moving, as her hand was resting against the window sill.
