Location: Recorded from the cockpit at 43,000’ over southern Ohio looking towards Chicago.

This continued for 10+ minutes, the lights would get continuously brighter then slowly fade away before repeating. They were significantly higher than any normal aircraft should be and very far off. There seemed to be 3-4 of them and they would appear in the same general area but did seem to move.
