Description
Saw this nearly a month ago, it sat still for 10 minutes while I got food, as I started driving in its direction to return home it started moving in the direction I was coming from which is where I started recording in the first video.
I was so compelled by it that I hit a U turn, pulled back into the lot I was in, parked and got the second video.
