My condo in Toronto faces Billy Bishop Airport (a small municipal airport in downtown Toronto). What was strange is the weird blinking drone-type lights along with one of their runway vehicles sitting directly below the flashing lights. To give you a perspective, there's no airport control tower behind the car and the second picture at daylight will give you a perspective of my approximate location and the angle do give you perspective that there's nothing behind where the vehicle was parked.


Interested to hear your thoughts as I'm super confused. I don't think it was a boat as they have standard marker lights (green and red that do not flash).
