Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Park of Nations area)
Hello again. Did previous post on 26 August about sighting of weird floating object.

Since then I was trying to look around the same time of the day, and this object is reappearing (saw it also yesterday, but played with camera settings and video is not really good). Has similar trajectory, going from W to E.
Regular occurrence excludes balloon or floating trash.
Here's video of airplane just few minutes after sighting to also show that it doesn't look nearly like a plane
